Who We Are
Kartal Winery is a family-owned boutique winery located near Skopje, Macedonia. Since 1999, we have dedicated ourselves to producing wines that reflect the unique character of Macedonian terroir.
The blend of tradition and science is our ideal combination. With a capacity of 100,000 liters per year, we focus on quality over quantity — ensuring every bottle receives the attention it deserves. Our grapes come from carefully selected vineyards across Macedonia's finest wine regions.
Our Mission
Every single bottle that has been caressed by our staff a thousand times has witnessed mood changes, reaching frontiers of the mind, years of hard work. This is what makes each wine from Kartal truly special.
What We Offer
Our wine tasting tours are done by the hosts themselves — Jordan and Filip — in a warm, family atmosphere. We believe the best way to understand wine is through personal connection and storytelling.
You'll tour our winery facilities, learn about the winemaking process from grape to glass, and taste our finest wines paired with local Macedonian delicacies — artisan cheeses, prosciutto, olive oil, and seasonal fruits.
